Refund eligibility depends on when cancellation is requested, what services have already been performed, and the reason for rejection or non-approval. Government decision outcomes are not fully within our control, but we review service-side errors under our refund policy and provide support on next steps.
Our service fees cover consulting, document review, application preparation support, and processing coordination. Depending on the destination and service configuration, government or third-party fees may be included in the displayed price or charged separately, and such fees are typically non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or provider. If you cancel after we have started work, refunds may be reduced to reflect services already performed. If an application is refused by a government authority for reasons unrelated to an error in our service, our consulting and processing fees are generally non-refundable, but we will review the case and advise on possible next steps.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (1) The applicant provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the application process. (2) The applicant failed to submit required supporting documents within the requested timeframe. (3) The visa was refused due to the applicant's travel history, criminal record, or other personal eligibility factors outside our control. (4) The applicant changed their travel plans after the application was submitted. (5) The applicant requested cancellation after the application was submitted to the relevant authority. In all cases, we reserve the right to verify the circumstances before issuing any refund.
